if you have your own template design you can just add a QR code image
for instance i copied your address from your profile

so go to https://blockchain.info/address/1DewTFBKWPXi4djGaEEkJuFknuAfzrM8UH and right click and save the image of the QR code.
that is then the easy display for your address.

add that image to your normal invoice template.. and your done.

as for a service that does invoice templates, im sure someone else will come along

Nice to see now we have bitcoin invoices also.  Great news for freelancers and contractors who can now have proof of payments.

Is this an online invoice or some kind of PoS system?

There's a lot of online merchant tools for btc, you can do that even with your Blockchain wallet as far as I know.
