Why the map?

Pays a low fee of 100 satoshi. The fee is so low most nodes would consider it no fee at all.

Uses an output created by TX 1, thus it can only confirm once TX 1 is confirmed.

Uses an output created by TX 2, thus it can only confirmed once TX 1 and TX 2 are confirmed.

i hope you can help me to figure out the problem.

Not sure about the map part though.

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

In that case, waiting is the best thing you can do. AFAIK they will consider the transaction as canceled after 3 days and allow you to create a new TX with a higher fee.

Nope If a transaction goes unconfirmed for too long, it will eventually disappear from the network and I think the The wallet that he sent it to cannot spend it because it's not confirmed. So you have to wait until it disappears from the network and send an entirely new transaction.

That is incorrect. The transaction only disappears if it is no longer rebroadcasted. Some wallets will continue to rebroadcast the transaction so that it stays on the network, others don't.

Technically the receiver can spend the bitcoin from that transaction, just that if that transaction remains unconfirmed then any subsequent transactions will be unconfirmed as well and would also disappear if this first one disappears as well.

The transactions posted in the OP are cancelled/rejected by the nodes due to low fees. It's like this transaction was never made and he loose nothing.
