you need to have btc balance to vote "free", and anyhow without throwing 1btc you can't win. with 1btc i would pick bittrex rather than c-cex anyway.. if you really want to vote than vote on safecex for free

Yobit has added many other coins after I requested the free adding so I dont think they will add spliff without payment. Since the dev seems to be caught up with some irl stuff would anyone be interested pooling up the 0.1btc to get listed?

Sorry for not posting the last few days. My son got appendicitis since this weekend. I've been in the hospital most of the time.  

All is doing well now, so back to work on Spliff!

It's not good idea, because DEV is innactive...

Agreed.  If dev comes back and shows progress, the coin will be added somewhere for free eventually.  If he doesn't, then just let it die.

I had a good feeling about this one at first, but now I'm not so sure.  I'm not mining anymore but will stake for now and hope for the best.

Difficulty is crazy low on this and blocks are still 40 coins so if anyone wants to take a chance with their hashes, it is easy to accumulate a sizable stack right now.
