It might indeed be wishful thinking that they will re-open the campaign again, as you seem to be suggesting, but that isn't always the case. It wouldn't be the first time a signature campaign returns after pausing for a period of time, often with a new model and/or payment structure - in fact, hasn't BitStarz gone through that before as well?

No. They never stop the campaign before but I think they need it though. As they don't active much here to catch more users that makes the campaign the best choice.

No, it isn't open - they may eventually re-open it in the future, but you might as well just look for another campaign in the meantime.
