You need to be a junior member to be able to post images.

Uploading a photo in bitcoin is just simply easy. You need to use imgur because its the most common to us but you need add something in the image to approved.

I've got the image proxy issue with imgur.
When I was a Newbie member I was able to correctly seen them in the thread, since I'm a Jr. I've got the invalid image.
Ex:

There are only 3 activities in your BitcoinTalk account. You may access to post image when you will get at least 30 activities. Now you have to publish more 27 quality post in this forum to access posting image. Thank you.

Nope. There is no official image hoster. You have to use third-party services. I usually use postimages.org and it always works.

Yes, read the post above by Lauda. You need to be at least Jr. Member to be able to embed image in post.

Yes, junior member is the minimum rank you need to be to be able to post images. There are countless threads that have answered this question already in the past.
