I would like to say that knowledge is power. So in having that knowledge wouldn't it be the only thing that you need to out do the casinos at their own game?
Sure luck can play a role in you winning or losing but you can not rely on that all the time.
I try not to put money on a pedestal because as my great grand father told me once "Without your health money is nothing to you in this world." There is always ways to make some money but without your health (mental health not just your body he was talking about as well.) you don't have the resource to be able to do that.

for me Luck is the most important key in gambling and second is knowledge. it is a matter of probability on winning and losing in gambling. No pattern and formula for that, even if it have a pattern, i think normal human will never be unlock it since casino and other dice game is using a different kind of script. And for probability based game, People with knowledge but without luck is always losing the game. Even if albert einstein play it. i think he will not guarantee his win. Yeah. If you only have a large bankroll but no knowledge you will be burning through your cash pretty fast. To be successful in gambling you need to have both. You need the understanding of the game to know when to bet big and when to bet small. But you also need the funds to survive some bad beats in a row.

this is a good statement and i really like it. with knowledge we can get money, but without health, we are nothing. so i think it will be health, knowledge, then money. because with being healthy, we can do whatever we want. we can do jobs, gambling, or other activity. this is just my opinion.

Having big bankroll alone is not enough to be successful in gambling. You need to also have that skill on how to properly manage your bankroll and at the same time calculate the losing streak you can take and win in the long run. You must have idea on as to when to bet and how much are you going to bet for that session. If you lose on that session, you still have plenty more as you have properly managed your bankroll.

Money is the most important of all as everyone needs to know that knowledge does not help at all times and luck is something we can not depend on or change. One thing that's in our hand and important is money as that's the reason we are into gambling field and each bet involves some money to allow us to keep on gambling. 1. With bigger bankroll you can bet safer to win some fixed amount, but if you will lose it will hurt much more.

2. Knowledge depends on game, on Blackjack you need to know the strategy to maximize your chances, on Dice you just need to set your desired win and make a bet. Sportsbetting and poker require the most knowledge and skill.

I strongly choose to disagree. The amount of money you bet with has no statistical correlation with the return you attain. If anything, some houses right odds to work against you once the amount you put in increases in value. What your hypothesis might entail is the belief that as the number of bets you can place increases, your odds of winning increases. This may or may not be true but there is yet to be statistical proof of the same.

That said if you are betting any way you might as well bet on the stock markets and make a good win.

I sort of agree on OP. Money is needed to start when you're gambling. It's hard to gamble with rocks when your opponents are gambling with real money. In games like poker, you can pretend that you have an excellent pair of cards by raising a huge amount of money, in this way, people would be scared and fold even if they actually have a pair of card better than yours. Money is another factor in gambling but skills and luck are the most essential ones that you need to have in gambling.
