How did you get into Bitcoin?

It happened 2 years ago, when I'm trying to buy a game(Minecraft) with my own money. I tried very hard to get it, but but in the end I gave up because everything that I've done is useless.
But then suddenly my friend told me about this new digital money, but at first I'm not very interested with it but over time I started search about Bitcoin on Google. And so here I am

This is one of the first questions I get to be asked when talk to people about BTC, how did I get in?

My story s simple, in late 2012, I had an extra PC and I started browsing make money online forums to find something to do with that machines. People suggested botting, social signals etc., and one day someone suggested to mine BTC. I got into mining and have been into this beautiful economy ever since.

I've seen posts like this, and has often answer, perhaps you can find some of the same posts. I know bitcoin in 2013, when I was in college, I learned it through the article on the internet. but its okay,congratulation with yur first post

Well I have heard from some one that use bitcoin first I didn't believe him that he have a lot of profit with just bitcoin.
And than I just watch what is bitcoin.

Than I was using some Faucets to just for fun and learning altcoins and now I am just doing some bitcoin.

I know about BTC because I was told by my friend about easily get the money through bitcoin. I was told to make bitcoin account beforehand and I made, and I gather bitcoin with the faucet but it takes a very long time. Then I tried the signature campaign. And I finally gather bitcoin with the signature campaign.

I was playing about Faucets  and that is why I got in to bitcoin.
So now I am just trying to get in to Signature Campaign to earn more bitcoins.

I heard about bitcoin from a banner or from an ads and then joined the faucets and so on but i am happy that i learned about bitcoin a while ago.

Oh, yes, I remember those Doge time, I was still GPU mining at that time. This coins emerged and skyrocketed up. What a stupid meme, this is what I thought about it then. Heh.

the coins skyrocket because there was already a huge demand in bitcoin some days before it, and it was the same for many other coins at that time

so it's actually because of bitcoin only not because of doge

Some one told me to use bitcointalk to just learn about bitcoin and some faucets. First I tough this is so boring but after that with faucets I have seen that you can earn quite a lot of money maybe 50 cents, but is something. Also bitcointalk was nice with the signature campaign ad how good the community is trying to help you with bitcoin problems. So that is why I got in to bitcoin.

I guess this is not a true definition at all...
I urge everyone to not give such false explanations to people who are not aware about Bitcoins...
Bitcoins ain't just about making money, it is itself a currency to live upon...
It has its own value and respect, and on other sense, it is something very innovative which even physical currencies aren't...
These physical currencies are meant to be earnt, spent and used, but bitcoins are meant to help, learn and evolve...
