Ummm ... no. Offer a reasonable compensation and I am sure someone will help. I can do this on fivver and at least make a few bucks.

It might be helpful to hire a web developer that understands tor/hidden services if that is your aim, or did you bargin-bin that too?

Acutally, it is not a big deal to do this. You should go to Services section and ask some to do the job for some Satoshis, otherwise you will not find anyone here to do the job for free.
