I have personally used some of these, mostly at a walmart. They work without any issues and it's possible to use them at almost any major store, however I highly recommend a self checkout, since you don't have to deal with a cashier questioning whether the coupon is legit or not, simply because it's on a piece of paper. :/

Can you please elaborate a bit? It is a coupon but for what? One free Frito Lay product? They have nothing that sells for up to $19.99 for a single product. Or can it be used for multiple products in the same purchase?

Each coupon can be used only on one product, and and it only works on things 19.99$ or less. And it can be ANY frito-lay product. Doesn't even have to be chips. This is an amazing deal.
