Timference scammed me for 50$
he just ended my business i should give many refund so take your attention

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

why just don't ban scammers and their ip too !!

It's not as easy as that, you end up banning blocks of potential readers and the scammers just change their IP and continue on.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

It's not as easy as that, you end up banning blocks of potential readers and the scammers just change their IP and continue on.

Scamming is not even a bannable offense is it?
