my only tiny complaint is that after you claim the "balance" on top of the page is not yet updated, you have to refresh page/go to another page

That's right, because I'm assuming people will go from the slot page to the faucet page, then claim and then return to the homepage where the slot machine is.

What do you mean you can't register? Please provide more information so I fix it asap if it's a bug.

You have both options

a) Register through http://faucetgame.com/account
b) Continue playing through your unique URL which was made for you when you first joined. It can be found if you scroll a little bit down the page

You will be asked to register an account in order to withdraw funds. That's a anti-bot measure, so the faucet doesn't get drained. It's custom protection

Played some game around and glad to know you have 50% referal commision also but does this apply also for upgrade payment. I mean does we get commision when some of our referal get upgraded ?

Unfortunately, no, it doesn't apply to anything else except faucet claims.
It would be giving crazy amounts of BTC to refs and I wouldn't be able to sustain the faucet.
