The account is Still available Mister.

The strike appeared automatically after linking to image file which was created on google drive. I got series of notification indicating to me that "unsupported image link (proxy)" i think the is the cause of the strike. Although, i made several attempt to modify,repost thread inorder to get rid of the strike but, all attempt to fails.[/green]

I think YES. since account was created in europe. If, adsense is not supported in yr country (India). You can just write few note to adsense support team stating that "You will be accessing your current account from a different location [india].. since you've just been transfer to india by your company... blah blah in so doing we can modify the payment/withdrawal info without any restriction.
