[Solved]Loanbase is playing games now

I gave these guys everything all my info including pictures, and in high quality pictures from my dads cannon. File limit is 5MB on the website. So I downsized my image and now they are calling it "Document Has Poor Quality " Well the fuck of course its LQ when there is a 5MB file size limit, My camera outputs 12mb per photo.

And I sent in a bank statement, 3 of them! last three months like what it says on their website, right? Wrong now they rejected my bank statements stating that they want the history exported, link on right hand top corner of my bank website account. I exported it, it only has three options to export, .csv, .qif and .old qif. Now when I open the csv file with open office it's nothing but text of my history, as if I could make it myself it looks like.

I am lost with these guys, now they hold all my info.

I ALREADY did this, right on the fucking bank statement it shows sec treasury SSI with my acct number with amount deposited in my account.

Guys, sorry I am getting upset, any suggestions what I should do? Please.

My ID just passsed and was accepted. I dunno what to do with the CSV file that looks like anyone could edit it for income.

On BTC jam support continues to say me to send photo with high resolution. But my Canon 700d take photo of 18 Mb .... I try to reduce size, and they have rejected saying it has poor quality.

So they want editable exel file? LOL ! Scammer are welcome!

No, not upset about requirements I fully understand. Yes we understand that you want to avoid scammers at all possibilities. It was the process I had to go through "not normal, not the normal process I had to go through, I am guessing".

I always get afraid to giveaway my personal details to any online site as data security is quite poor these days. And this so called p2p lending sites want lots of personal and financial details which may put you in trouble if get leaked in any manner.

This is one of the thing because of i ask for loan (with collateral if preferred) here and not sign up to other p2p platform yet. I sent to BTCjam a lot of my details , and after 3 mounth they have all my details (income, photos, phone number, social  etc )  and me have nothing in return!

Yea I worry as well, loanbase now owns my info forever. Whether or not I close the acct etc.

Time will tell, look at lastpass, it got breached, steam got breached leaking info on other ppls steam accts, and all the others not mentioned here.

I am putting my life into loanbase hands so I hope to god that they use the toughest security available.

BTCjam has reject my PHOTO  again!!!!! They continue to say it has a poor quality!!!!!!! They want high resolution!?!?! But with 5mb as limit how is possible??? Then i think a photo take by EOS 700 D 18-135 is more than high quality!!!!
