Sorry to ask the tough question. But, is not it the case that both Arjun Handa (who has given INR 3 crore) and Amit Jindal (who has given INR 1 crore) are already attached to your company? So, existing members adds more fund, can it be considered as fund raising?

Arjun Handa was on advisory board along with Nishith Desai and he never invested before. In this round he has invested in his personal capacity. Amit Jindal invested in both rounds. There are few more investors in this round. I really dont know if this event is considered fund raising or not, but all I can say is we have enough funds to focus on strengthening our product, team and offerings and we would concentrate only on that.

In any case, no one bets a single penny on you if you do not have sustainable business model and team that loves what they are doing.
