Its pretty simple, they wanna get users to visit their site frequently in the start to get traffic so they can earn from ads, then they just decrease the value because they dont want to waste money, but the traffic is still flowing into their site because of the previous good rewards so they still earn

Yea I think too like one post up me.
But I think they don't have in balance that much satoshis as there is written. It's just to get more people on site because they see that balance is high but you can easily edit one line in code and whoola in balance shows a lot of satoshis.

1st it was showing me 1 satoshi then I changed my IP with us country and it's giving me 777 satoshi so it's seems faucet owner is giving 1satoshi to particular country users .

I used uc browser in my mobile to get proxy IP. I just enabled cloud boost and IP was changed automatically.
