one of the biggest markets for cryptocurrency second to them would be the chinese military followed

I don't find any relation between coca cola and bitcoin.

I don't think they will use it or they will be allowed to use it because they can easily get payment from terrorist being anonymous and government know this well. Also tracing and tracking all of the military bitcoin address is also not possible in large scale. We will not see anything like military using cryptocurrency.
