First of all i have write to Refund policy that i can refund/replace any account that can not log in or payment is not valid like expired.

Yeah it is true for many buyers i have replace/refund when they can not card uber. But now days many dispute order with reason that they can not card uber so they abuse to get another account.
Maybe you have right maybe you are just abusing when you dispute the order for no reason. But anyway i am a good seller so for every one i will continue to replace only one time accounts when they say that can not card uber. I can refund everytime when you can not log in successful .
This is normal. So i will replace accounts for only ONE TIME even i have wrote to refund policy that i can refund/replace when you can not log in or is invalid payment.
