You should put a signature campaign on that Junior account.  You could have your $20 in less than two weeks if you work it right.

A jr. account doesn't cost as much as 20$.
You are a newbie and can't even state your "private" reason. Sorry but you will not get a loan in here unless you can provide another valid collateral with a much higher value. A jr. member account will only  take  a month to get and thus it only cost around 0.003 - 0.005 btc.

 I understand and I am in no way saying to SPAM posts.  However, simply scanning the forum and looking for appropriate places where you can post helps you meet people and learn new things about Bitcoin, mining, whatever.  Posting for the sake of posting is SPAM, but asking questions, answering questions or even putting a good comment in that actually means something is a great way to make things happen.
