I even had a chat with my Sig camp manager yesterday, he said we should have been paid, but I asked him that we were not because there might be some glitch in the bot because it didn't pay us yesterday...

I also let him know about me to be getting negative trusts if I won't repay in 1 day, and he assured me he will look into the matter that why the payments didn't go through...

So, that is his only way of repaying the loan SIGNATURE PAYMENT which means he has no back up plan if his plan a of repayment fails.

Yeah, I think that would be a good, fair idea. I would be fine if all of us were paid equally, and I think Erkallys would like that as well.

Due to personal lif problems, we've agreed the friendly way on a non-fixed extent. That means that he will pay me the rest of what he ows me (the half to be exact) when his problems will have passed, without an exact repayment date.

I'm pretty sure that it's 0.1 repaid out of 0.2 BTC. (0.05 to me, 0.05 to Watoshi). I wouldn't really consider this loan defaulted, since if you see 3 posts above, there is this:

It shows that an extension was granted. I have also agreed to wait for him to at least repay the principal amount to Erkallys before repaying the interest to me. I don't consider this loan defaulted, pretty sure Erkallys doesn't but can't say about Watoshi.

Since gkv9 said that this week he was going to repay for sure, I suggest you at least wait for this week to be over and see if he pays up. If he doesn't, then tag him.

IMO, Boelens should give him a chance at repaying the loan in the time frame gkv9 requested and post the negative if he fails.

Pay the Erakllys back, then contact Boelens to remove the trust rating. If the guy doesn't remove it after you fulfill the loan, contact the person who put him on DT and see if you can get him removed from DT. Might not work. Boelen's password was reset recently, so that's a thing.

Erkallys could PM marcotheminer (manager of the Bit-X campaign) and ask him to repay Erkallys directly, with gkv9's signature funds. (assuming the trust gets removed). The downside of this is that we can't prove if gkv9 was legit by his words, but if he continues to post after he is added back in and reaches enough posts for a 0.1BTC payment, then it would seem he was legit.

I think it would be better for Erkallys financially if Boelens removed the trust for this week, so he could pay back the loan. Otherwise, gkv9 is probably just going to disappear.

Was facing some extreme problems and Erkallys knows them what were they, I even repaid some amount to Erkallys after you and Watoshi, so no one can say that this loan is defaulted...
Now, for the repayment things, I am trying different ways now to repay Erkallys anyhow in order to get my trust back...

Grow up kid, get a job, earn real money and repay them directly with that money.
