Hi everybody, I'm new to cryptocurrency world and I'm still learning the basics. Smiley

Now that said, Yesterday I generated a 1337 paper wallet and sent some 1337 coins to it. All perfect, the coins were (and are) there. Now, Today I wanted to redeem these coins and send them from paper wallet to software wallet for test but... how should I do? I soon realized that I haven't the foggiest idea where to put or how to use the private keys in the software. Can someone help me out? Grin

Hi and welcome. I don't know how to help you, but I suggest you join the 1337 slack channel. People there are very responsive and you might get help faster.

Problem was solved in slack.

For everyone: if you want to import a private key (e.g. from a paperwallet), you have to use the importprivkey function in the debug window of the wallet.

Halving next week?

Hopefully the week after next.

Yes now is the time to take advantage of the 41.78% before the halving in 2 weeks from now. It will be interesting to see what this halving does to the price of 1337 coin. I'm hoping to picked up some more 1337 coins within the next week so I can earn some stakes before the halving as every little bit adds up staking this coin.

I can promote your project on X to my 100k+ followers for a reasonable price. Just DM me for prices.

hello, I recently discovered this coin from some games and I managed to collect some coins and I thought to download the official wallet (version 1.8.0.0) to take advantage of its pos system but I have problems with the execution of the wallet and antimalware, although with several attempts to open the wallet, i have afraid that in a day there will be no more

it is noteworthy that I am new to the issues (bitcoin, for its difficult to obtain) and thought to migrate in altcoin, experimenting a little on this technology (if you can say so)

I have heard that to recover a wallet I need the private key, and I can get it with the following command "dumpprivkey" I've done it ... but in the end ... what do I do with that number series? ... so to say it for recover a wallet from 0?  Huh

Your system is infected. 1337 wallet there is nothing to do with Wink The best antiviruses such as Symantec, ESET, Bitdefender consider a reliable program

Please ignore the warning. Its a false alarm. We have made a video with live scan of the wallet against 58 different antivirus software. In order to successfully run the wallet, please restore 1337-qt.exe from the quarantine list of Malwarebytes.

What means 'halving'?

You basically earn reward for staking 1337 coins in your own wallet and the reward is 41% annually. Halving will cut this reward percentage into half so the new reward will be 21%.
