As the title says, I want to buy verified paypal accounts.

Requirements:
x clean accounts, no disputes or limitations
x no 21 days holds! (new accounts have this limit when they receive goods/services payments)
x able to link a new card and withdraw

Preferable:
VPN or account's last IP address

Depends on the account.
If you have an old, aged paypal account (with transactions), I can pay ~$60-$70.

For all other accounts, $30 to $50.
I used to deal with someone with these prices, but unfortunately he can no longer offer these services.

Are you buying paypal created from asian countries? They are only verified by vcc. FYI, paypals from asian countries don't need bank to be fully verified. They are at least 10 months old. And have some transactions on them. They don't have any 21 days limits.

1. Used min. 60 days
2. Have more 150 usd transactions
3. Need full confirm identity (documents and phone)

When you get first payment from Ebay or ect you can see what you need for remove hold 21 day.

@OmegaStarScream - is it possible to withdraw to the card? is the account yours and not stolen/hacked? even so, I couldn't offer a price bigger than $50 unfortunately. I am not looking for business accounts and it may be worth more, but if you agree to my price, we could discuss.

Everyone - you should know that I'd prefer a long-term partner than buying from multiple users. I want to buy 10-20 in the next 30 days, so it would be better for me to buy bulk. You have been an eBay and PayPal member for less than 6 months, and, have limited selling activity.
• You have an eBay feedback score of less than 100 and do not have a record of good performance
• You have a Buyer dissatisfaction percentage of 5% or greater than 5%
• You have an average Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) of less than 4.5
• You have received fewer than 20 Detailed Seller Ratings in the last 12 months
• You have a high rate of customer disputes
• You’re selling in a high risk category or industry such as, but not limited to, tickets, travel, gift certificates, computers, consumer electronics, or cell phones
• You have a spike in selling activities or begin selling in a category without an established history

I apologize for not clearing things out. When I said "no 21 day limit" I was only referring to accounts outside eBay. I have no knowledge about the policy of selling on ebay and probably you are right.
Paypal imposed this limit for new sellers on paypal too, outside eBay. Those are the accounts I seek to buy, not ebay related.

@Conus - replied and added you, we'll discuss next week when I am ready to finish the transaction.

I will report every transaction here too, for transparency and trust reasons.
