Problem with linux mint.(17.3 MATE)

Hello bitcoiners.i have a problem
when in windows i was able to close the full-window with just moving mouse to the close button and press it immediatly
but in mint this is not working i need to make cursor on the icon for doing it.placement of the top right buttons are wrong so.how can i correct this ?
