Happiness depends on what age you are at. Or sometimes happiness depends on how mature an individual is. When I am a teen my happiness comes with money and all the material things that I can think of. When I became an adult I wanted to have more time to spend all my activity and enjoy my life even more. I realize how short our life is and that we should engaging more on our passion and all the things that we want to die happy. Enjoying more time on the people that we love than being with someone that just gives us stress. Happiness is living in simplicity towards the things that you always wanted.

I think the secret to happiness is to be content with what you have in life. That said, you'd have to be at least in a fairly good position healthwise and financially to be really happy, I think.

For me, the secret of happiness is to be satisfy on what you have. Other people feel sad when they did not have the mobile phone that they want even though they still have phone. That is because they are not contented on what they have that results to sadness. But if you have contented and thankful on what you have, you will never feel sadness, only happiness. Also I feel happy every time I helped other people when they need one.
