I had so much this year but what keeps me happy is having God with me, knowing that He will carry me throughout my life. 2nd secret is my Family, knowing that their with me then that’s happiness! 3rd is Food as long as you have delicious food, life is Good.

For me, the secret of being happy is when you find satisfaction by yourself and also if you are happy on what you are doing.  Happiness is a choice and if you choose to be happy then you will and if you choose to be sad and make yourself stressed on the things that not worth it to focus on then you'll gonna unhappy yourself.

Hapiness is about:
- Free time (Time to do whatever you want to)
- few concerns (money can be a way of doing that)
- Knowing what you like to do (yeah, a lot of people dont really know what the WANT to do)
- purpose (helping people, working for something you believe in, family/kids etc.
- understanding (people who at least pretend to understand you)
