I had some bitcoin deposited into BitGo yesterday night in my newly created wallet. long story short I received my bitcoin and it was verified and all, but now I cant send it out. everytime I try to put in an address to send money out to it says invalid Bitcoin address. as it also happens another member on another forum suggested I should make a second wallet on Bitgo, send the money there, then use it from there, but its also not letting me do that. I have all the keys and stuff, the public key and private key and stuff, but when I went and got BitGo's
OWN recovery tools to try and retrieve my bitcoin and send it elsewhere, its telling me that apparently the ccm tags don't match or my wallet password is wrong. I have opened a support ticket AND emailed
support@bitgo.com in order to try and resolve this, but I'm still stuck and they have given me no reply. this is my first time using bitcoin and I'm already freaking out over my money, can you guys help me out please? anybody who manages to fix this or get my money out of that damned wallet so I can use it is welcome to a $5 tip.
