$5 is not much for a good quality articles. Are you selling the whole blog including the domain and host? You should know moving a 80 articles blog is really time consuming.

Yes it can remain on host and the transfer is instant I know what I am doing been doing websites for a long time. If you buy you get domain + content + host.

I don't use GA, I don't buy traffic, it is adsense safe as long as you don't add gambling to it, I would supply hosting for 6 months I have a server so I don't know how much it would cost just to host this website.
