I recommend you buy an in-game item eg. CS:GO keys for $1.9 / key. You can sell them on the market for $2.5-$2.6 and Steam takes 10% and CS takes 5%.
This means if you buy for example 10 keys ($19. You will probably get $22.

Btw, I sell keys for $1.9 and if you buy in bulk I can give you an even greater discounts.
