Who was running Vircurex?

Does anyone have any knowledge about who was running Vircurex? I had some coins deposited with them from way back and only recently went back to review the history of their apparent scams.

It seems they are not answering any queries at this point.

Vircurex? is it closed in the end of 2013 because it's unable to pay the debts with all one 'assets as a result of poor management with huge volatility?

and I seached some news said that it based in Beijing China???

I remember one of their admins was a user on bitcointalk but you'd have to search back to find out who.  Not that that will help you much they never answered me via email back before they pulled scams tbh.
