whenever i try to open my website avast blocks it saying it contains trojan virus. i checked my backup and found it clean. what can i do to resolve this issue?

are you sure there is trojan virus? antiviruses often makes mistake

i tried the virustotal.com, its coming clean and have written to avast also about it and its been more than a week but still havent recieved a reply
