You can use e-Coin debit card to verify your PayPal account. I send an email to the e-Coin support few days ago about this and they said, "Our cards are absolutely fine for verifying Paypal accounts. However, you need to have positive balance on it for verification.". Need not to thanks me.  |

VCC stands for virtual credit card.Are you selling credit card or debit card?PayPal do not accept virtual debit cards for verification purpose.Please correct me if I am wrong |

VCC stands for virtual credit card.Are you selling credit card or debit card?PayPal do not accept virtual debit cards for verification purpose.Please correct me if I am wrong It's a debit card. |
