Yeah, with all due respect 0.5 is a bit too high.  You might want to see if you can find those games you mentioned, because that's going to impact the selling price.  If you included those games, you might get near your asking price.  Good luck.

I'll have to charge up the 3ds to find the firmware so I'll do that in a bit, yes it comes with a power cord.
I think I'll start an auction on eBay for this, and if I can't get a good offer there I'll let you know
