not sure its scam or not but netflix accounts are easy to get here and there. And these 2-3 days there have been many new threads for selling netflix accounts!!
For any other account other than netflix for vouch it will seem legit to buyers!!

Edit: netflix account price gone down from 3$ to 1$. BEAWARE
