Are you sure that Payza is reversible?
I had chat with Payza support and they told me funds can only be refunded but not reversed on the sender's request.

In any case, anything funded by card can be reversed by calling that card issuing company/bank but this $3.1 that he received was from Traffic Monsoon and it can't be reversed by calling card issuing company.
So, I don't know what's the point to be afraid of here?
