I have monies in my paypal acct, that I would like to get out and lend on Loanbase Coinbase and make a profit.

Is localbitcoins only expensive place to do the trade?

https://localbitcoins.com/buy-bitcoins-online/paypal/

See the prices? Why so high? Is there any other sites?

That limit will very quickly be pushed back if you use their service consistently. When I first got into Bitcoin I used them extensively because they really are the safest out there if you wanna use PayPal (verified). The thing you have to keep in mind is that they do have some pretty outrageous fees. I'm now using Circle which is absolutely amazing but you'll need a debit/credit card.

EDIT - Why don't you just buy from a trusted member on here? Some only charge a very low fee for the service, much lower than Virwox.

Virvox fees are terrible high. I dont there s acceptable option to buy BTC via Paypal. If you can transfer funds to your debit card, you can use much more affordable options, coinbase, circle, payza, etc.

I can, it will take a week or more to do, 3 days from paypal to my BA then another 3 days transfer from my BA to a service exchange like coinbase.

I had forgotten about Paypal fee's + other fee's, I will be better off leaving my Paypal funds where they are at. "I won't lose money".

Sorry for this thread.
