I want to know if I can pause (and then resume) the sync. in Armory.
According to my current internet speed it will take 1 week to finish, I cannot run my PC for 1 week cont.
So can I pause it and run it on specific hours every day?

Yes. It will continue wherever it stopped. You just need to shut down armory properly so it doesn't corrupt the databases.
