Desperate question.

Dear BTC experts.

I badly need your advices.

I really need to KEEP my Bitcoin core wallet (for Windows Desktop version, which is yellow one/ the most popular one) up to date in version. currently it is versioned 0.11.2 but I Badly need to have it updated every time version goes up Not manually, but automatically on my notebook as I heard from someone that Bitcoin can be sent from a wallet to another wallet only when the version of the wallet each end is totally same.....

This is a matter of life and death to me as it has much to do with retrieving my coins..... I heard from someone that it can be done by doing some macro thing on my wallet so it is kept updated...
I also wonder if any version update for this bitcoin core is scheduled in a near future....

PLEASE help me on this, BTC experts fellows.

Thanks a million in advance.

Bitcoin Core does not automatically update.  You generally need to update it manually unless you write your own software to update it.  I'm not aware of any such software currently publicly available.

as I heard from someone that Bitcoin can be sent from a wallet to another wallet only when the version of the wallet each end is totally same.....

You heard incorrectly.  There is nothing that prevents a wallet from sending bitcoins to another wallet that is on a different version.

This is a matter of life and death to me as it has much to do with retrieving my coins.....

Life and death?  Your life is literally dependent on a payment system that you don't even understand?  Why would you do anything to physically connect your continued existence to a payment system?  Especially one that you understand nothing about?

I heard from someone that it can be done by doing some macro thing on my wallet so it is kept updated...

Learn more.  Be careful about who you get advice from.  There are a lot of people that say things when they have no idea what they are talking about.

Whatever you do, care to backup wallet.dat first.

It is very easy to upgrade the bitcoin software from lower version to higher version.

If you have accidentally deleted blockchain, you need to patiently download it again.

There is no issue to consider the same version between sending and receiving ends.

Unless you're in the wrong chain, the transaction won't go.

Don't use any third party software/tool to automate the process if you don't understand/trust them.
