I still believe bitcoin will have a high increase. bitcoin is currently already in rates 450USD. and I predict that bitcoin will get 700USD position at year-end 2016. This was reasonable because bitcoin will experience a halving in mid-2016.

$700 doesn't sound that bad to me but people were speculating about the block halving since the price was well under $300. At some point I think the impact of the block halving will reach its limit at $600 to $700 this year. |

Bitcoin will not have the best year this year and that is because the value kept stable for a long time and many people are not happy with it because they can earn money with it.
They have now to wait a longer time until it will be more worth.

Yes I think bitcoin is tasting our patience now, as price remained stable for a long time but halving will show us some good price so we can expect to earn some profits at that time. |

I am not for sure that it will be a good year for Bitcoin because there are also a lot of people that is quite negative about the halving because it is not even rising now.
And that is bad for the future because people who already have Bitcoin wants to make profit fast which that is not possible now.
I think there are not a lot of people who are negative to bitcoin and halving, but they are only a few people who are supporting their alt coins, and they want to dump bitcoin with their negative speculations in order to give some support to their altcoin. |

My prediction at the beginning of 2016 was $500-600 as the maximum for the year. I don't see any reason at the moment to correct it. If all we get this year is halving pump, it should stay on target. |

In the coming days it has got the highest possibility to reach $500 rather than occurring by the time of halving. Halving is expected to give big rise as most users expect $500 to be a price with gradual growth before halving. Not days, but in a few weeks i think it is normal for the price to reach to 500 dollar. From there let's hope it will be stable again. |

No, $500 is the highest peak limit for the price of bitcoin,it will reach to a more height and I think the price at the halving will cross $1000 and after that there will be still the chances for increase and at the end it will get some stability. |

the halving is still months away and the last time the price rose a few months AFTER the halving not a few months BEFORE. the thing is the havling will decrease supply, as long as the supply is not decreased the price won't respond, and then there's also some lagg because the market takes time to react to the new rate of bitcoin that is being supplied. so even if some speculators drive the price up by increasing demand (because of expected price rise) the effect of the supply decrease will only really happen after the halving. some miners might hold on to their bitcoins and thereby already lower supply, because they expect price to rise as well and want to get more profit, however many miners can not afford to keep a large amount of btcoin because they need to pay electricity bills as well. |

No, $500 is the highest peak limit for the price of bitcoin,it will reach to a more height and I think the price at the halving will cross $1000 and after that there will be still the chances for increase and at the end it will get some stability. i think you mixed up a few things. do i understand it correctly if you try to say that the price won't go lower than $500 once the block halving has taken place you think it will even go to $1000 and higher? if so, then stop dreaming. $1000 will not happen just because of the block halving. people were fantasizing about the price that will go up significantly when it was still below $300. even if you calculate 50% less block rewards will result in a 100% price increase, it won't even go to $1000. |
