GPU2 always has a lower hash rate than my other two GPUs (I know in this photo it's pretty close, but normally GPU2 hangs around 340 MH/s and my other two are normally 350 MH/s and above) yet my second GPU always has the most shares accepted. Anyone know what could be the cause?

Take a look at the console.  Any idles or kernel errors?

This could just be normal variance.  A handful of shares is a bit narrow to say for sure.  I'd watch it for an extended period of time (measured in days) before making a conclusion

I've made this observation as well. My 5850 for a brief moment when restarted(i restart both miners and clear the stats) is faster or on par with my 5870 and i am talking a difference of 110-20 mh/s. In the long run, the 5870 beats it.
