Mining difficulty is taking a nice downturn. Just means more BTCU for the rest of us  Cool

From almost touched 1 PTH/S on first day to 57 TH/s today. That's way down turn in mining power. I guess people are loosing interest in coin; or it's because mining 25/20 coin a block is getting expensive.

This is true, probably just wanted a piece of the pie and are waiting to stake. Speaking of staking... Wonder if the exchanges will clear out a bit once that kicks in.

At http://hashpower.co you can mine using
sha256, scrypt, neonscrypt, quark, qubit, x11, lyra2v2, argon2, x13 .... and have the payout be in BTCU...

Basically Hashpower.co is BTCU's first MULTIPOOL...

For your information...

Off topic a bit here, but your post count says "leet"... I didn't know that happened here, first time I saw it. DON'T EVER POST AGAIN YOU WILL RUIN IT  Cool

BTCU does has lot of potential (Bitcoin Parity) Just the matter; how Dev handles and delivers.

Lot of people are interested who are working behind curtain and trying to manipulate market. I never saw huge amount of PUMP and DUMP that I witnessed with BTCU; although first 50 TOP address remains same ; or say they keep growing. I am still confused; even after 100K premine, and around 400K with TOP 50 address; how can is this possible?

I think the price changing you're seeing looks so drastic partly because there's simply not much but support right this moment. So it only takes a small chunk relative to the network, maybe 10k to really drive it down to where it is.

Your response has been recorded.

Just now filled up the airdrop form.
Hopefully I am not late I guess. Smiley

I also voted no on staking premined coins. Premined coins should only be for bounty purpose.
It should not be used at all for staking as pos difficulty will rise quickly.

Quick technical question:

When dPOS starts we will have both POW and POS going at the same time... will this halve our average block times? Or will POS and POW settle into a 1 minute block time together?

I love how the community reacted Smiley

There should be no staking for premined coins.

I suggested BTCU to be added on C-cex. So vote!!!

https://c-cex.com/?id=vote

We need 0.25 BTC if we want to win this round and be added in 5 days time. But we have free votes also

Hello! YoBit price for a coin completely collapsed! what's happening? why the price dropped?

Probably a couple things... Not much has been said lately about the coin &/or people removing/lowering buy orders in anticipation of an airdrop dump and are just getting ready for some cheap coins. I wouldn't worry too much.

Coin from the start was very good at the top! and then fell sharply and continues to fall! Let's hope you're right!

It's just speculation on my part. If the dev still has hopes for this coin to reach the goal of $1.00, then there must be something behind the scenes that hasn't been mentioned yet because a $1 coin these days is pretty rare. It is always best to not panic though. We haven't even entered the staking phase yet Smiley

There are no get rich schemes left in crypto...
BTCU's value will drop ( after the airdrop ) and it's real value will not be decided right away...
Patience!
