Well the only anime I ever liked was Dragon Ball Z.
And I don't even know if u could call that a real Manga?

I know a lot of friends that do watch manga's, Would you say this is a good manga to watch as the first?
Because I like series and I think I would like manga's to if I really gave it a change!

But my favorite character is: Goku!

I takes me 3 months to watch all episodes but its worth it.

Skip the fillers and it will only take a few weeks. Fillers are worthless.

Well, not exactly, this isn't Naruto. One Piece does not have that many fillers, and even when they do there tends to be useful information about the past (not always the case obviously). I do skip some myself.

There are people who like watching it all at once instead of waiting for an episode each week, nothing unusual.

I've always preferred watching, however I do read sometimes but from the Wiki pages (not the manga directly).

Manga = comic which requires for you to read.
Anime = video, there is motion and sound.

But OP has a huge world to discover... OP's world is very unique and the dynamics of the world is too complicated... A good anime-watcher shouldn't compare both...

I just saw a theory about sanji being trained as an assasin with his bare hands with he was with his vinsmock clansmen. and it says that he uses his leg in the episode because he ought to never kill with this barehands. The theory also stated that after he ran away from his family, he found that resto boat and thats where he used his hands instead of killing.

Well it's just a theory but it makes sense to me.

Well I like Dragon Ball more than any Anime and the best part is, it's episodes are still being released. The next one I like is Pokemon. Both are the Anime which I've been watching since my childhood.
