It was "when will 1 BTC = 1 house".
That, I think, happens when enough trade has become decoupled from $

i dont think you can buy house using 1 bitcoin, because i am quite sure bitcoin will not rise that high even in 20 years again

That definitely depends upon what the price of that house is...
There are houses that are available even at $10k, so if BTC reaches $10k, it will be easier for anyone to buy house for BTC...

Well I believe this will take longer than just 3 years, that's just a way to short amount of time for bitcoin to grow that big.

I believe it will be another 10 - 30 years at least for you to rent an apartment even. This is all depending on how much demand there will be for bitcoin.

If you calculate the cheapest house it should be 35k $ around, so if 1 Bitcoin is traded for 35k $ that day you can buy a house. This is simple math. We can expect 35k $ per Bitcoin in 10 to 15 years approximately.

Lol, depends on what house and what location of course, but to give you a rough figure, I don't think we would ever see the equivalent of $100.000 (in 1 BTC) before 2030. And such predictions are useless because Bitcoin runs the risk of becoming obsolete or a novelty much earlier than that. If we could reach $5000 before 2020 then we would be on course I think, Bitcoin will definitely be getting some massive attention for that price to happen.

As of today, in my country as long as I know.
A small house and lot cost about 40 bitcoins.
So, its like 40x more of 1 bitcoin. So i think,
Maybe about 30 yrs. or more. to buy a house with only 1 btc.

Its not fair to get a house at a price of even after 30years as you mentioned. No possiblily is there to reach the value of because after years the value is at the margin of 400$, in such a way calculate it, atleast we can have a prediction of what it would be.

We're going to need more then some years.
It will be decades for this to be even close to buying half a house

It might be possible but I think we will have our own house before that happens.
Bitcoins is always been not that stable is always going down and up again so we will see if that happen.
I will suprise if some day with my 1 coin will buy a house.

Never...and I'm being optimistic. Never in our life time at least. And by house, they vary. You have houses worth millions, and you have houses worth hundreds of thousands. Where do you draw the line? Perhaps houses wouldn't be the best categorical  quantity to use
