That depends on the country you are living in. Seeing your numbers I presume you are talking about a house in big European city, but in many countries you can buy a decent house for as low as $20k.

Certainly if the price reach $10000 it would surely create a economic degrading. But only new millionaires won't be all because of bitcoin.

That depends on the country you are living in. Seeing your numbers I presume you are talking about a house in big European city, but in many countries you can buy a decent house for as low as $20k.

Most of those house that are listed are in Bulgaria. Who wants to live there? Most of them are in the country so no source of work or shops to buy your food.
Some of the others are in Greece, so no surprise there, as they are desperate for money there since last year.

well it depends on how much money is your house worth, if its really expensive you might need to wait for a really long time in my opinion in order to sell your house for just 1 bitcoin

though if its not new accommodation and not expensive it might take a few decades only until your house or flat will be worth one bitcoin

I mean just cause we cant understand how theres a possible chance of more millionaires being a early adopter doesnt mean we cant have many.

I think you will need to wait at least untill it's 2030 as Amph also said. By that time we know what's really left of Bitcoin. 1 Bitcoin by that time can be worth tens of thousands, or it will end up costing just a few bucks.

So true, I do believe blockchain tech will continue to move forward and there will be a network of chains/coins moving about the world.  Most likely bitcoin will be one of them, but you never know ..

Finding one user who is willing to sell his house in exchange for 1bitcoin is really not possible even if price goes equal or more than $10000.

Well i thinked i had read wrong but you expecting to build or get a house for 1 btc well i believe and pretty sure bitcoin has good things to achieve but cross the 1000 once again and keep above those ammount is already a challenge for the next years.

That's right, if every materials were made from recycled things, and the prices is very low...Probably this will never really happen that we can trade 1 bitcoin for a house...As we all know as time pass by, the prices of house and lots increases too..

even wait until 5-6 years also it's not necessarily that we could buy a house with price 1 BTC. possibly 5-6 years house prices are increasing.

Yeah if the price goes $1k you can earn some good profit. Again it is a difficult task to buy a house, may be within 5 years the dream comes true because in our country buying a new house costs too much.

i don't think i'll ever be able to buy a house in my country with just 1 bitcoin. if you calculate all the costs plus the tax and the cost of the house itself, then an average house will cost you around €200,000 where i live. that means i'll need to see bitcoin reach a value of $228,000 which i can't see happen, ever. it is and will stay nothing more than a dream for all of us.

It is nearly impossible to buy an house for only 1 btc.
House prices should be very low and btc prices should be high like, btc needs to be used in %30 of whole world etc.
