How long until we can trade a house for a single bitcoin??
1 year, 2 years, 3 years?? What do you think about it?
If you have the quantity to make up for it, you can buy a house now intitially. But if youre expecting the value at $1k marker, I say give it another 3-4 years minimum.. assuming you have that many bitcoins. that is not possible around this time, you can see that the value is now not even that high so that is not possible because a house is not that cheap indeed. It is maybe possible after some 10 years when the value is high. |

If the bitcoin was worth more then my house then maybe I would my house. But your house is not something that you want to sell because your house is something special. If the bitcoin was twice the price of my house then I would do it for sure.

I would never trade my house for a bitcoin we will not even know what the price of a bitcoin is going to be in the future. It is a pretty big gamble and decision to trade in for 1 bitcoin that may not be even worth much in the future.

That will not happen soon as you can see you see that the value is not that high now in the future and that will be also not good for the most people who are waiting.
The most people are hoping that the value will be more in the future so they can sell it with a nice profit.

What factor could makes bitcoin increase that high? nothing really,there is no reason for bitcoin to go to such high prices. there should be a large demand in order to push the price that high and since the adoption percentage will never be big (maybe 10% of the world) the price cannot go that high. |

It is nearly impossible to buy an house for only 1 btc.
House prices should be very low and btc prices should be high like, btc needs to be used in %30 of whole world etc.
yeah it would be impossible for now. but who knows the price of bitcoin in the 20 years to come certainly adopter will greatly affect. then I would think 20 years has reached 20% of users |

If you live in Asia, I think you can sale house at 1 BTC price in 1 year or even faster. What country selling houses for 400$? I want to move there  But i don't really like asian food it's not tasty and also disgusting sometimes. |

I would never trade my house for just one Bitcoin that is just a stupid thing to do. A house is worth allot of money I do not believe that the price per Bitcoin is going to be worth more then a house. |

it looks like you need to wait more decades before the bitcoin reaches that amount , i don't think that you can trade a house to bitcoin after a year i think it will took a decades or more before it will happen , but i am not sure that is just my own opinion but if the bitcoin will continue to reach a higher price than $500 it will be possible .

Never houses are worth so much money if you want to trade your house for Bitcoins then you really like Bitcoins. I would rather sell my house for cash instead of Bitcoins but that is just my opinion. |

Again it is a difficult task to buy a house, may be within 5 years the dream comes true because in our country buying a new house costs too much. The value of Bitcoin is not going to that high soon and that is because it was a long time stable so that have to change first and investing in Bitcoin will be also not that bad. But it can takes also a long time until the value will be high so you can trade it for a house, but it is almost impossible. |

I think there is no house that can brought only with 1 bitcoin. Nowdays, the price of a house is really expensive in my country. You need more than 1 bitcoin to get a house. |

It depends on the type of house you are looking to buy and the purchasing power of the $ in the country where you gonna buy. In most of the asian countries some huts can still be easily purchased with 1bitcoin. For buying flats, multistory building etc i think we have to wait atleast 5-10years. I think I will never sell my house for Bitcoin that would seem like to much trouble to go trough. I think that were I am from it will not be possible in the next 5 years. |

I think that it is not smart to sell your house for Bitcoins unless you can make millions with that only then I would sell it because your house has some emotional worth to it as well. |

I really doubt that anyone on this forum will ever live to see the day when they can trade one of their Bitcoins for a house. I doubt it will ever be possible. |
