Trade house for 1 bitcoin

In my opinion it would take a very very long time for someone to trade a house for 1 bitcoin, maybe it will take 10-30 years. Also just my opinion though, its not good trading house for bitcoin because of some reasons. Bitcoin is very volatile and it would be unwise to trade a house for a bitcoin, it might not be a good idea since if the price falls down big, it's your loss. Another reason is that it would be hard to legalize house bought with bitcoin but maybe in the future this might not be a problem.

Someday a nice condo for 1 btc. Over 5 years for sure. For sure in Canada, that would be the case. A house in a regular

neighborhood that is just picket fence and hardworking parents, maybe sometime like that at LEAST 5-10 years.

If you think about it then you should see that it is not a smart idea to sell your house for only one Bitcoin because you do not even know if the Bitcoin is going to be worth that much.
I would not even sell my car for Bitcoin so especially not my house.

That's for sure. Even if the price of Bitcoin will grow in a few years, a place to live all this time. It is better not to do this, it is not reasonable to ochent

If the bitcoin is used to buy the American State debts, the bitcoin will be worth more than $1 million each.

Me, I would never trade my house for 1 Bitcoin with the current value, I make an effort to build my house so I would value it more than BTC. It is actually the memories that cannot be bought with money so it's a no for me.

However, in the future maybe I will be willing to buy or trade my bitcoin to a house because I am planning to buy another one for our vacation house.

It depends on the house that you are looking for and the location where the house was built and you must also include the price of the bitcoin right now since it's price is really that low compare to the price in the past year that's why you might have a problem right now in trading the house that you wanted for 1 BTC. Maybe you have to wait for a couple of years maybe 'till it's price go up again.

I don't think we will ever get to that point where 1 bitcoin has a high enough value to buy an house but if we would then it would take atleast another 5 years+.
If it would happen I would rather sell all my bitcoin and live as a millionaire making even more money by investing with big capitals.

I would never trade my house for Bitcoin because why would you do that, the Bitcoin is never going to be worth more then my house is at the moment.

Well there might be houses like that in 3rd world countries. You never know. But you will definitely not be able to trade 1 Bitcoin for a house in the US or any other well developed countries.

Well there might be houses like that in 3rd world countries. You never know. But you will definitely not be able to trade 1 Bitcoin for a house in the US or any other well developed countries.

1 btc would  not be still enough to  buy a  house even though in 3rd world countries  because  houses  are expensive even  how  small it is and 1 btc  as of  now  on the current price would  not  be enough.

Trade house just for only 1 bitcoin is a very cheaper price.
It is very unusual that you could trade/sell a house for 1btc
only. Theres a lot to consider when you do that, since bitcoin
is a volatile. Also, its very hard/risks when house is a big
thing to tackle in return to bitcoin.

It is going to depend on how much the bitcoin is at that moment because my house is quite worth some money so the Bitoin has to be really high for me to sell it.
If the price is high enough then I would consider it.

people are expecting the price of bitcoin to be rocketing and reach about 100,000 USD in the future when it's actually just too good to be true or such an imagination,and i think you don't want to trade it even the price is that high because of volatility,but you can just exchange it to fiat immediately

In theory, you could do so now if you were in a bind with taxes and wanted to create a capital loss to detect from your taxes. I'm not sure how well that would work in practice though, since you don't see people selling houses for a fiat dollar anymore.

Maybe a dog house, but let us get serious and realistic here. With the current amount of bitcoins the value cannot even buy a simple house. Let us just hope in the near future this thread is still alive and the price of bitcoin will increase substantially so I can say we can trade a house with 1 BTC.
