Trade house for 1 bitcoin

It is possible to trade a house but not for that much in bitcoin.
I think 1000 bitcoin for a very nice house. For a 100 bitcoin you might be able to get a fixer upper.
But as bitcoin's price continues to rise we will see it possible to get one for alot less in the not to distant future if the price continues increase the way it has been for the past week or so.

I bet you can already buy a house fopr 1 Bitcoin somewhere in Bulgaria or Vietnam or else. The question is would you want to live there though. But if you are talking about a house for half a million USD then we should wait 20 or 30 years I think.

Well, how much does the house cost, at first place? Is it around 1 million dollars? Then I guess such a price is in the far future possible for btc, I mean the time in 200 years when all the btc are mined and btc is gaining popularity. However, in dollars the house would cost 10 million dollars then. There can be another interpretation of the question though, because trading a house for 1 bitcoin is not only about the price but about the popularity and ability to use bitcoin officially. This I guess will come faster than the first one.

You could buy shanty with 1 bitcoin today. But it would be very small and probably just good to shelter yourself from rain and too much heat. Also, you can't own the land instantly since mostly they won't sell the title as what you can buy with those is going to be a part of a big land, all you can buy is the right to those. Maybe a 100% increase more and we are there, we could buy a small house with 1 bitcoin.

There is actually someone who sold their house for an amount of bitcoin and I am pretty sure if you search on the internet you will find people selling not only house but castles for bitcoin but the amount that they are asking for is ridicules, I don’t think it is possible even if you have the amount of money in fiat to exchange it into bitcoin.

If anyone ever managed to buy a house for 1 bitcoin that means bitcoin has become very expensive i.e is a deflationary currency. Such extreme situations (inflationary, deflationary) in economy creating problems very hard to be manipulated. On the other hand, there are places in earth that as price of bitcoin will rise real estate prices will rise too as demand increases compared to supply.

Here in my country for that money you can buy little old house in some far village, and with that some little yard. With 10 bitcoins I can buy some nice house with big yard a bit closer to the city.
With one bitcoin is hard to buy a house in the city, you can rent a house for one month with that money, and nothing more then that.

I get your point friends, its depend on where the house place is. But I think we can buy house in anywhere with 1 bitcoin in the future, becouse the bitcoin value is increase, is'nt it?

I don't think BTC1 is enough to buy a house in my place/city, to get decent house it takes at least BTC10 that cheapest .
For now, with 1btc you may rent a house within 6months-1 year. I guess it need more than 8 years to reach good price per 1btc to be able buy a new house but every year it costs more (price increase) to purchase a house, right. I hope we could reach $8K per BTC1 in the next 8 years later, step-up $1000 every year.

I dont believe you will be able to trade ever one house for 1 bitcoin, it sound unreal to be true, but no one thinked it would grow to 5 dollars and its worthing 800 at the moment. But being realistic i would say you can trade a house for 50-100 bitcoin on the next years, thats is a sure.

It really depends on the house and the location of that house, because you can even trade a house with 1 bitcoin in recent time as the price is quite high but the quality of that house wont be as good as someone might imagine and the scenes around the house would also may not match your desires.

Why would you sell you house in exchange of Bitcoin? You can earn Bitcoins without selling any of your property/ies, it is not practical you know. Unless you are going to buy another house, but if it is the only house you have then do not sell your house. You could earn in many different ways.

It depends on the country you are living in, if the equivalent value of btc in your country is big then it's easier for you to trade a house but if not, for sure it will take some time.

By the way, why would you trade your house for bitcoin? I guess your reason falls one of these two: you want to earn btc or you want to buy a new house. If your reason is the first one, I think that's a bad idea because there are still so much ways to earn btc aside of selling your properties. But if your reason is the second one, that is not a smart decision also because you can expand or renovate your house if you are not contented in the size and appearance of it anymore, I'm sure you can save more through this instead of buying a new one.

Ofcourse it will depend on the price of the house you are trading with also, if Bitcoin is already legal as a currency in your country. These factors will affect or answer your question. And I think there will be more years to come for this thing to happen since the world is still adopting digital and cryptocurrency. So the best thing to do is invest now and patiently wait.
