If you spent few minutes to read previous pages, you'll find that they offer 10 free coins to try their site with 25x rollover requirement.
Regarding the provably fair, yes there is no way to verify our bets even players are unable to see their bets history. They need to add it since it is a standard requirement for bitcoin gambling site.

Withdrawal request process manually and a little bit confusing system we have to wait for a long time to live person come into chat and submit our request there but that site is in beta mode, i am hopeful it will improve their services and implement provably fair system and automated withdrawal system there.

I have three suggestions for you. First, you need to make your games provably fair. It is the most important factor for bitcoiners to consider in choosing a site, and you won't be able to get any serious gamblers to play a non provably fair game here. You should also tell us about your house edge, and make them low enough to compete with the existing sites. Lastly, I see a couple of typos in your OP that give quite a bad first impression, and you should correct them ASAP.

Your last balance does not mean that you have completed the rollover, because someone can win 120 coins just with 10coins bet even less. But yeah, there is no way to see how much you have wagered in this site. Have you tried to leave a support ticket?

we will stop this site now, we payed many free wins (nearly 1 BTC), but the only deposit was 1 mBTC .... till today.

We dont want to get rich, but only pay free wins sucks. We had to feed our kids, too.
Maybe our Marketing was bad, maybe something else ... i dont know and i dont want any comments about it.
