The 30% is taken in the end of the experiment, only from the profit (If will be profit of course.) I dont take money from the initial sum of the jar.

Wait a minute.  No matter what your intention is, this will fail.  The very thing that makes most gambling site profit is the fact that people push and push their luck until they give it all back.  You would be better taking all the money, placing one 50/50 style bet somewhere and sharing the winnings if it wins.  With each consecutive bet you are chancing losing the whole amount.  You could at least suck a small amount off the bet with each win the recover some of the loss.  The system you are creating caters directly to the casino or game owner and could not be more advantageous to them if you tried.
