What is the benefit of having a level 3 account? Do I need to do anything to maintain that level? I use virwox sometimes.
You don't need anything to maintain that level , when you get it , you get it once for all ! and the benefits are the limits ,the more you level up , the better limits you have . (how much you can buy per day / month)
