Bitstamp.net, bitfinex.com, kraken.com and coinbase.com, these are probably the best exchanges around, enjoy.

This is the best go. You can find a trader whom you can trust and make the transfer according to your convenience. There are large number of traders. thing is that each trader will have his own value for bitcoin.

I took a look at www.Bitstamp.net  and www.coinbase.com but they all wanted full verification.

At the end I decided to with https://www.bitcoinmag.net because their did not want any verification. I am pretty satisfied with the total fee too.

i am really uncomfortable with giving pictures of my IDs. https://www.bitcoinmag.net won't ask me to send documents for sure?

Soon you will find it easy. During the initial time it will be like this. why it asks for picture of your id is just to have a visual recognition which is much required in any transaction through network. Visual recognition gives better results compared to Communicative transaction.
