https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=542808

I sent him bitcoin for chipotle vouchers and he verified it in personal
messages and in his thread 3 weeks ago.

He never sent the vouches and wont respond to my PM and since then
the thread is locked.

I sent him a message giving him 24 hours to respond before I leave him
neg trust and if he makes good I will erase this post but in the meantime
be careful!

the link to the thread for chipotle is
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1300707.msg13477329#msg13477329

he sent it out to a few then locked it and stopped sending it out as more people ordered.
So they couldnt leave neg trust in the thread but so the thread would stay and more would
get suckered in. If he contacts me finally or sends the vouchers I will take this down.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

he did contact me finally after seeing the bad trust left and
seems to want to fix the situation so thats a good sign. If he does
make things right I will update.

Move it to scam accusation section..
Theymos moving a thread, seen it happen first time.
@OP he might just be buying time to scam another person , but if you do feel he is legitimately trying to refund/sell the codes now, you should wait for a day and continue this scam accusation(Might lock the thread for the meanwhile in that case)
